This Privacy Policy explains how our WhatsApp Real Estate Bot (“the Bot”, “we”, “us”) collects, uses, and protects personal information when you interact with us via WhatsApp.

When you use the Bot we may collect:

Contact information — your WhatsApp phone number and display name.
Property preferences — city, intent (buy/rent), budget, bedroom count, and desired features.
Viewing requests — the property and time slot you select.
Message content — text and button replies you send to the Bot.

To match you with suitable properties and present listings.
To schedule property viewings on your behalf.
To notify our real estate agents so they can follow up with you.
To improve the Bot’s accuracy and user experience.

3. Data Sharing

Your information is shared with the real estate agency whose WhatsApp number you contacted. We do not sell your personal data to third parties. Data may be stored in Airtable (cloud CRM) and processed via Anthropic Claude AI solely to improve response quality.

4. Data Retention

Conversation session data is retained for up to 24 hours. Lead and viewing records stored in Airtable are retained for as long as the agency requires and in line with applicable UAE data protection regulations.

5. Your Rights

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data by contacting the agency directly via WhatsApp or the contact details they provide.

We implement industry-standard security measures including encrypted data transmission (HTTPS / TLS) and access-controlled cloud storage. No method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
